Introducing Family Meals from Tin Roof Bistro! Each evening, we are featuring a meal prepared to feed approximately 4-5, that can easily be reheated at home.
Lamb Bolognese with homemade Pappardelle pasta, sautéed spinach, shaved parmesan, 12 hour sauce. Served with a Caesar salad, garlic & parmesan flatbread with a berry cheesecake for dessert.
Chicken Parmigiana with housemade marinara, mozzarella, parmesan & fresh basil, served with zucchini & heirloom tomato salad, herb & garlic flatbread, and chocolate mousse for dessert.
Puff pastry filled with fresh chicken breast, carrots & onions served with spring mixed greens with feta, housemade mashed potatoes with butter & chives and apple rhubarb crisp for dessert.
Pot roast slow-braised in red wine, beef jus and vegetables, served with honey & cumin roasted carrots, butter & chive mashed potatoes and chocolate mousse for dessert.
